Joanne and Larry started real estate career w/ RE/MAX in 2000 and are husband & wife team ever since.  Larry is tri-lingual; he speaks fluently Vietnamese, Cambodian, and English. Joanne speaks Thai, Laotian and English.  Larry has mortgage business background, and Joanne has banking finance background.
