agents have the same inventory to work from. The difference in what
homes you are shown is based on their level of intuition and ability
to discern what your needs and wants are.

I have been licensed since 1993 without any sanctions or fractions from the
Georgia Real Estate Commission or any brokerage firm ever affiliated with.
This is a reflection of the integrity expected of each licensed individual involved
in any real estate transaction. There are many individuals involved in a real estate
purchase involving the loan officer, appraiser, surveyor, termite inspector, home
inspector, loan processor, closing attorney and others, and often times it is
the real estate agent orchestrating the involvement of these many components
to the realization of the final purchase. The many smooth closings I have realized
comes from being meticulous and knowledgeable. Also, having a command of what
needs to be accomplished and what those time lines are. Of course these are the
actions going on behind the scene and rarely apparent to the purchaser.
