The process of joining our Firm is fast and easy and can be done online via email or fax. It takes just a few minutes of your time to be affiliated with us.
1. If your license is in "Active" status under your current brokerage firm that you are affiliated with, you should get a release from your broker first. To do so you can either:
- Ask your current broker to release your license online (put it on inactive status), or
- Fill out the Change Application Form and have your broker sign the release on Section E.
Please contact Roman Feigin / Principal Broker of First United Realty by email at join@firstunitedrealty.net and he will be able to complete the process of transferring your license to First United Realty.
2. If your license is in "Inactive" status (already released from previous brokerage), contact Principal Broker Roman Feigin via email (see above) and he will be able to put your license into "Active" status under First United Realty on the GREC roster.
3. If you are not sure about the current status of your license, please check it at the GREC website.
