Renae Davis
Renae Enyard originally from St. Louis, MO has lived in Atlanta for nearly 20 years. Having
lived in other cities and relocating with her husband and family she knows first-hand, about
relocation and it’s opportunities and challenges.
Renae studied and graduated from the University of Iowa in Computer Science. Having the
opportunity to relocate, seeing the need and challenges of being in one city and selling a
property hundreds of miles away, along with helping a friend and neighbor sell their homes;
they encouraged her to go into real estate. She decided to do exactly that and in 1996 attained
her real estate license in Georgia. Over 90% of her business is from referrals. She finds this to
be the greatest honor.
Renae is a professional who genuinely cares about her clients. She feels it is important for her clients to
have accurate data so they may be an educated consumer. If she doesn’t know something, she says that
and tries to find a resource to get to the answer. She is active in her community in the neighborhood,
schools and church. She consistently stays informed about the real estate market through reading,
continuing education, seminars and networking.
In her free time, Renae enjoys gardening, event planning, reading, traveling and spending time
