My name is Yancey McWeay and I'm a licensed real estate agent in the state of Georgia.  For the past ten years I have helped numerous people with their real estate endeavors.  I have been a part of millions of dollars’ worth of real estate transactions.  I've worked with everyone from first time homebuyers to seasoned investors.  I specialize in working with seasoned and new investors because I myself own several rental properties.  I'm also fully equipped and more than happy to work with primary residence homebuyers.  I definitely have a vast amount of experience dealing with clients buying their primary residence.  I completely understand the nuances of each type of buyer and property.  No matter the type of buyer or the type of property, my results are always the same.  I find the client the exact property that they are looking for and successfully get them to the closing table.
